A little about Susan

I’m Susan Worth, a therapist offering personalised hypnotherapy and therapy in Bolton.

I’ve worked as a therapist since 1996, with training in advanced hypnotherapy, counselling, Integral Eye Movement Technique, OldPain2Go, Reiki 2 and HypnoBirthing.

My approach is centred on understanding the person behind the problem. I draw on solution-focused therapy and tailor sessions to each individual, with the aim of helping people explore what is happening and work towards meaningful change.

I have experience supporting people with anxiety, phobias, depression, addictions and other psychological concerns. Every person’s experience is different, and I aim to offer a respectful space where you can talk openly about what you need.

I’m a member of the National Society of Counselling and Psychotherapy and am bound by its ethical framework for good practice.
